Who can participate in this program
All candidates must lack a criminal record, they cannot have violated Schengen visa or customs rules, they must not be barred from entry into the EU, and they must not be subject to an inquiry in the Schengen integrated information system.
Conditions for participating in the Portugal Golden Visa program
To be eligible for this option, we will first set up a Hungarian Company for the investor. Registration of a company only takes 2-3 business days and you will have to travel only once to Hungary to open a bank account. We will then assist you in buying two different properties in Budapest first, for a minimum combined value of 200,000 euros.
After the purchase, we will arrange for renting out of the properties earning you a return between 8 to 10%. Since the properties will be bought through your Hungarian Company, and you have a steady income from renting it, you will become eligible for Hungarian residency based on the activity of your company.
Once you obtain your permanent residency in 3 years by meeting the minimum stay requirements, if required we will have you sell the properties for a premium and recover the investment with a profit.
