In accordance with the changes in legislation on Cyprus citizenship of September 13, 2016, the right to receive citizenship extends to investors & members of their family who own real estate in Cyprus in an amount of 500,000 euro, provided that the investor makes an additional investment of at least 1.5 million euro for a period of at least 3 years.

Conditions of participation in the Cyprus, Citizenship by Investment Program:

Note - The applicant can combine the aforementioned ways of investment, but the total amount must reach at least 2,000,000 euro. The investment package can include purchase of Cyprus state bonds in a maximum amount of 500,000 euro. You may sell your main investment of 1,500,000 after a period of three years; however, you must always maintain a property with a value of at least 500,000 euro.
